I love these luggage labels and I think they are so versatile, they can be used as gift tags, place cards, wine glass name tags.  The idea that they can be firstly used as a name place to put on your plate, then after you can tie the string or ribbon around your wine glass and therefore you wont get your wine drunk by another guest.

In my quest to get the most attractively written text and names on the tags, I have purchased clear stamps, block stamps and handwritten them, and may I tell you that none of them are particularly easy.

Firstly you really have to buy TWO sets of alphabet stamps as a lot of names have double letters in them, such as Callum, you can print Cal and then do lum secondary, but in my experience to match up those letters so they run smoothly and consecutively is quite a bit of a pain, in my experience anyway, so the best method and the most consistant is to print them out, you can print them on normal A4 photocopy paper or you can be a bit more luxurious and print them on card, then with a little foam sticky tab, stick them to your labels and these give a raised and pretty nice effect, PLUS, its saved you not necesarilly money, but it cetainly has saved you time and to me time is much more valuable than money, plus you dont turn the air blue as your printing off a sheet of names.

Just type in all your guests names in word document, change to your required style of font and print and cut with scissors or alternatively if you really havent even got that amount of time, you can purchase them from Boogiebabys in packs of 10.
